The World Academic Council of Emergency Medicine

The Fellows will actively participate in forwarding the academic agenda of the world academic council of emergency medicine. WACEM leaders have regular digital meetings and also organize an Annual World Congress. The Fellowship Director serves as the Chief Academic Director of WACEM. The Fellow will have an opportunity to be a part of organizing and presenting at the World Congress.

The American College of Academic International Medicine

The Fellows will actively participate in forwarding the academic agenda of the American College of Academic International Medicine. ACAIM leaders have regular meetings and also organize an Annual All American Academic International Medicine (AIM) Congress. The Fellowship Director serves as the Academic Director (WORLD) for ACAIM. The Fellow will have an opportunity to be a part of organizing and presenting at the AIM Congress.

Established in 2005 INDUSEM Mission has played and continues to play a monumental role in expanding Academic Emergency Medicine in India.
The Fellows will have various opportunities to set up collaborations for their individual project based learning initiatives in areas of Safe Patient care, academic research and clinical education.

THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION COLLABORATING CENTER FOR EMERGENCY & TRAUMA IN SOUTH EAST ASIA REGION

The World Health Organization Collaborating Centre for Emergency & Trauma Care (WHO-CCET) in South- East Asian Region (SEAR) is designated at The Department of Emergency Medicine, Jai Prakash Narayan Apex Trauma Centre, AIIMS, New Delhi, India.

WHO-CCET is distinctive by its patient centered clinico-community initiatives which are focused on bringing an integrated, high quality, cost-effective, sustainable Emergency Care Systems driven emergency patient care to improve outcomes of acutely ill and injured across the SEAR Region.

The 10 Nations in the SEAR Region are: India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Nepal, Myanmar, Indonesia, Maldives & Timor Leste.

The WHO-CCET in SEAR is also designated as a center of excellence for Point of Care Ultrasound.

The Collaborative WHO Center provides a multilateral platform to bring together stakeholders from a wide range of backgrounds and expertise to solve the world’s most pressing emergency care challenges.

EMERGE is a network of experts in Emergency Departments who have come together to collaborate in research and share emergency medicine research related education. University of Michigan’s emergency research team along with its international steering committee is striving to build EMERGE network. With 22 Sites across 6 Continents EMERGE is the largest Research Network of Defining Researchers in EM across the world.
